FOUNDING

Modcity was founded by partners bringing nearly three decades of combined expertise across custom homebuilding, investment banking, and private equity.
In 2022, in preparation for the enactment of The Multiplex Bylaw, we strategically shifted our focus to fourplex and sixplex development.

MISSION

As Toronto’s leading fourplex and sixplex development company, we are on track to deliver 100 buildings with garden or laneway suites by 2030.
This represents a significant increase to the supply of spacious, family-friendly units in desirable neighbourhoods, providing attainable housing for over 500 families and addressing Toronto’s critical housing shortage.
