FOUNDING

Modcity was founded by partners bringing nearly three decades of combined expertise across custom homebuilding, investment banking, and private equity.
In 2022, in preparation for the enactment of The Multiplex Bylaw, we strategically shifted our focus to fourplex and sixplex development.

MISSION

Our objective is to deliver 1,000 spacious, family-friendly homes in desirable neighbourhoods by late-2030.

This goal represents approximately 180 buildings, with more than 95% of units offering three-bedroom layouts to help address the growing need for housing suitable for families.
