He co-founded REACH Developments and holds an advisory role at Centrestone Urban Developments, two Toronto-based high-rise development firms, and previously held roles at Firm Capital.

Yigal is a legal professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate and business law. Since 2004, he has built a strong track record in real estate litigation and trial advocacy, successfully setting precedents in the Superior Court of Justice.

Mark brings over a decade of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on interior finishing, including millwork and cabinetry.

At Modcity, Mark plays a key role in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented interiors across the company’s multiplex developments, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and craftsmanship at every stage of construction.

Jared brings over a decade of experience in low-rise residential construction, with a specialized focus on structural framing.

As a Project Manager, he ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
