Yigal is a legal professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate and business law. Since 2004, he has built a strong track record in real estate litigation and trial advocacy, successfully setting precedents in the Superior Court of Justice.

As General Counsel for Modcity, Yigal reviews agreements and provides legal advice to the executive team.

Yigal holds both a Jurid Doctor (JD) and LLB with distinction from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.

Serena serves as an Advisor to the Board and is involved in capital raising efforts, growth and strategic oversight.

Serena spent several years in various investment banking and private equity roles at CIBC, BMO Capital Markets, and Oxford Properties Group.

Serena holds a Masters in Financial Economics with distinction from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto.

Luca serves as an Advisor to the Board and provides oversight of financing activities at Modcity through CMHC-insured and conventional lenders, including the arrangement of land acquisition financing, construction financing and subsequent takeout financing.

Luca spent several years across various financing and property brokerage roles at Colliers and Oakbank Capital Group.

Luca holds a Bachelors in Honours Business Administration with distinction from Ivey Business School at Western University.

Antonio serves as an Advisor to the Board and is actively involved in capital raising efforts and acquisition oversight.

Antonio brings a decade of experience in Toronto’s mid- and high-rise sector across both condominium and purpose-built rental projects. He co-founded REACH Developments and holds an advisory role at Centrestone Urban Developments, two Toronto-based high-rise development firms, and previously held roles at Firm Capital, a boutique real estate private equity fund.

Peter oversees all leasing and property management activities, from securing AAA tenancies to streamlining the leasing process from execution through to move-in.

He brings several years of experience in real estate and rental property management, alongside prior corporate experience in finance and sales roles at TD Securities and Subaru Canada.

Peter holds a Bachelors in Honours Business Administration with distinction from Ivey Business School at Western University.

As General Superintendent at Modcity, Tommy brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, overseeing on-site operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and ensuring that proper execution techniques are deployed by subcontractors.

Tommy’s expertise ensures that Modcity’s projects are executed seamlessly, from construction start to substantial completion, occupancy, and the warranty period thereafter.

Jared brings over a decade of experience in low-rise residential construction, with a specialized focus on structural framing.

As a Project Manager, he ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ricky brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Site Superintendent at Modcity, with a specialization in exterior finishes and groundworks.
